Policies

Refer a friend and save! If your friend books an appointment they will receive $10 off their first session and you will receive $10 off your next appointment as well.

Cancellation Policy – 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellation of an appointment.  If less than 24-hour notice is provided, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.  You can send someone in your place and we will try to fill your appointment time.  Payment is due before your next appointment.

Late Arrival – Your appointment time starts at the time you are scheduled.  Please make sure that you have enough time to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  Appointment time will not be extended past your scheduled time. 

No Show – A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of your appointment.   If you do not call and cancel your appointment and you fail to show up for your scheduled time you will be charged the full fee.   Payment is due prior to your next appointment.

Health History – Let us know of any health conditions, issues or concerns on your Intake Form.  If it has been a while since we have seen you, and you have changes in health, make sure you let us know. Keeping your file up to date allows us to provide you with the best care.

Sickness – Please call as soon as possible to cancel your appointment if you have a contagious or infectious illness.   If you are not sure call and we can help you assess your symptoms.  If you have a fever please stay home and get well.  We ask our employees to have the same consideration for you.  We understand and may waive the cancellation fee if less than 24-hour notice is given.  

Teens and Kids – Minors under the age of 17 are required to have a consent signed by a parent/guardian.  View and print consent form before your child’s appointment. We recommend that a parent or guardian is in the room with any minor client. We REQUIRE a parent or guardian present for any client under 15.
